I went with the Order of Whispers - now how do I get the armor?

Apparently from what I read Edgey, each of the 3 orders has a HQ somewhere in the world. In their they have armor and weapon vendors.

It sounds like the armor should be at Deadend Cave in Bloodtide Coast, purchasable at level 80.

Also it looks like the armor from each order has different stats.

stolen from another forum:

Vigil armor has the stats Power, Toughness, and Vitality in that order on it
Durmand Priory has Precision, vitality and healing power
Whispers I havent been able to find yet.

Which f'n rules since Precision and Healing were the stats I have been stacking 😉
