Hey guys,

Dropping in to give you all a bit of insight about me, my past playing experiences, and about those who also might be looking to join you all for GW2.

As for me, I'm Corey Daugherty from the TB Facebook group, and I've been playing MMO's since the mid 90's, starting with Everquest. Since EQ most of my gaming has been PvP centric with games like DAoC, Shadowbane, SWG, and Warhammer being the core of those experiences. I've pretty much tested, or played, every MMO that has hit the shelves in the past 15-20 years and have been a part of some very competitive guilds during that time. During Shadowbane I was with Demize, part of the r30 nation, and Scorned Death, during DAoC I ran with WaR/ODB and the guys from Carnage, and for Warhammer I was in Bad Moon with Dvil.

I'm more of a casual gamer now, compared to the old days, and typically play more on the weekends because, well, I have a job like most of us. Some of the guys from Bad Moon, maybe a half-a-dozen, and a few guys I currently work with are also picking up GW2, and knowing Dvil as a more than competent PvPer, thought you all might be a perfect fit. Most of us, I'm 39, are older gamers, are a bit more laid back than we used to be, but like you guys we will tighten it up when needed. My mindset, as well as those few members, has always been that of a small, cohesive, and communicative guild to mow down zergs with in open RvR/WvWvW.

I was up at Mac's place last weekend Dvil, and he'll likely pick this up next week. I don't think he'll be a hard sell, and with him will likely follow Golgothica, his brother.
