SWTOR

so in fall its free to play with restrictions due to the people who still pay so once everyone quits paying i would think the restrictions will lift and everyone gets free haha, did not take long at all for that. it is funny the reason they said they are making it free not cause no one plays it anymore http://www.swtor.com/info/news/blog/20120731

I still think that game was pushed to market by EA. I have a hard time believing BioWare would intentionally neglect end game pvp as much as they did.

So much potential. To be honest though - even as bad as it was - the only reason I stopped playing was because you guys stopped playing.

Changing the subscription model will help but it wont save SWTOR. The problem is end game. The days of armor tiers is over.

It's games like GW2 that puts everyone on a horizontal playing field and pits you against other players competitively that is the future of MMO's in general. Think about the success of E-Sports games today. They are successful long term because they all pit players on a level competitive playing field.

Agree Lade... Otherwise you log in and stand around a city, queue up for instances or instanced PvP, or go do your daily quests. Boring...
