I'm still up in the air over the Sylvari... debating Mesmer, but I really wasn't feeling it. But if I know one thing about classes that seem weak at launch - they wind up being the most powerful at end game. As much as I want to make a thief, I can't say that class felt very "thiefy" at all... Aside from "WoW style" combo points, I didn't feel like a thief when I beta'd it.

So, that looks like my final 5 - and seems to fit the lore fairly well.

...going to have to redo the sig again.

You could change it to "Team Edgey". That would cover the bases.

most likly all asura or a bit of char mixed in there wasnt a fan of the other classes but who knows, depending on how the lvling goes ill prolly be switchnig between guardian and engineer since i played engineer through most of the beta and tried guardian towards the end but my play times and work might get in the middle of that we'll see

First 4 (in no particular order as of yet):

1) Human Engineer
2) Asura Thief
3) Charr Guardian
4) Sylvari (probably) Elementalist

I'm sure I'll try mesmer and/or necro at some point as I've always been a fan of casters.

With hours to spare, I think I've decided to start with the engineer for sure. We'll be in good company Burk because she is more of the pirate-type as well....roguish but more smoke (and elixirs) than mirrors.
