Does anyone know if we will be able to use the client that we use for beta. Just patch and play type stuff or will we be required to redownload the game?

I think you just have to update the client. Don't quote me on that though.

they stated on twitter a few times that the client we have now will be updated to become launch client. There will be no need to download another client

Yes, you will be using the same client, the full game is slated for a 25.0gb+ which is currently 16.1gb on my drive right now with the new update. So there is still more to download, which I am assuming is going to be a big patch on the 23rd or 24th. And the reason why they say they might bring the game online 3 hours prior to the Midnight PST (headstart) release on the 25th.
